I am now waiting for my VIB sale orde, I have already called Lasership twice today regarding this issue of non delivery. I would rather receive my orders in 5 business days than have to call Lasership repeatedly to assure them that I am in fact at the delivery location and that their drivers are lying. I would rather receive my orders from reputable shippers like Fedex or UPS than have to worry over the stunts Lasership pulls. Why is my LaserShip tracking not updating If tracking only shows LABEL CREATED, TRACKING DETAILS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE PACKAGE ARRIVES AT THE LASERSHIP FACILITY that means your package has not been received by LaserShip for delivery. It has been 10 days and when choosing shipping it says in bold letters tracking number will be updated and sent within 5-7 days this is a lie. I have used shipping line Us-expressZ, shipped date: october 05. this type of service is unacceptable not only for you clients but also to whatever contract or agreement Sephora may have with Lasership.
